Estate Planning: Account holders are advised to consult an estate planning specialist to ensure the compliant transfer and management of account assets upon death.
Asset Transfer Process: Upon an investor's passing, the designated trustee or executor of the estate must contact EquityZen directly to initiate the asset transfer process.
